The rooms were spacious and the decoration was luxurious, making us feel like we were on a fancy vacation. the beds were comfy and the curtains kept the light out, perfect for late sleepers. the location was excellent, just a few steps from the town centre and with private parking available, it was very convenient. We also appreciated the contactless check-in, it was smooth and easy to follow.
The lack of a microwave oven, which would have been useful during Christmas time. the staff seemed slightly overworked and the service levels were dependent on a single person.

Our romantic escape was an extraordinary experience! The spacious apartments were super-clean, super-comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property had many little "wows" like nice books, a nice set of dishes, and cabinets that we wouldn't have expected. Plus, the curtains in the bedroom are superb at keeping out any light. One more important thing we loved was the English-speaking staff, who were always responsive and friendly.
While there wasn't anything that ruined our romantic getaway, there was one negative aspect that stood out to us. The pillows were too massive and caused some discomfort, especially for those with neck or back pains. Additionally, we did notice the tendency for the service level to hinge on a single person, which revealed itself in the slightly overworked staff. But, overall, we would highly recommend this amazing location to others!
